Ethics in the organisation is important as the profit maximization is important at the same time .Every company should do corporate social responsibility as it will be helpful to them as well as to the society. If the company is not working ethically then the investors are less likely to invest. Have you ever thought about the shoes which we wear , about those companies, are they performing ethically or unethically.So, I have taken the company Adidas "Impossible Is Nothing ”  which is the second active wear brand in the world.But how ethical are they so let's talk about it.Adidas  is well known for its iconic Stan Smith sneakers, tees and sportswear,  mainly worn by athletes all over the world.
